About Mention
Mention is a team knowledge platform that turns your existing docs, Slack threads, and meetings into structured learning paths and an always-current knowledge base, with no documentation to write.

Common questions
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing in the app or web dashboard. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account, or email us at support@mentionai.app and we'll process the deletion within 30 days per our privacy policy.
Which integrations does Mention support?
Mention connects to Notion, Slack, Google Drive, Confluence, Dropbox, GitHub, Microsoft SharePoint, YouTube, and more. See the full list at mentionai.app.
The app is crashing or not loading. What should I do?
Force-close and reopen the app. If the issue persists, try signing out and back in, or reinstalling. Contact us if the problem continues and include your device model and iOS/Android version.
How do I report a privacy or security concern?
Email support@mentionai.app with the subject line "Security" and we'll treat it as high priority. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
